Mara Kay, 87, passed away December 24, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Akron March 29, 1934 to the late Benjamin and Esther Levin.

Mara loved spending time with her family and being a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Albert; sons David (Mahala) Kay and Charles (Mary) Kay; grandchildren Laura (Robert) DeStefano, Ian (Rayanne) Kay, Alexis (Robert) Frank, Elliot (Julie) Kay; great-grandchildren Luca, Amelia, Emma, Louis; sisters Irene (Marshall) Deitsch and Jenny Pivor and Maria Iglesias, her very special longtime care giver that gave Mara the best care the family could ever ask for and her family is very thankful for her.

Private services will held at Gordon Memorial Home. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, memorials may be made to Temple Israel, Summa Hospital or Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation.
