Kenneth Wolf Obituary
Kenneth Wolf, 74, of Athens, PA, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021, at his home following an extended illness.
He was born on September 9, 1947, in Cleveland, OH, the son of the late Melvin and Alta (Zavolowitz) Wolf.
Kenneth was a Veteran of the US Army, serving in Vietnam as a Green Beret. He was a 32nd Degree Mason. Kenneth loved his family and especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He enjoyed fishing and fly tying his own flies. He also enjoyed photography, woodworking when he was able and collecting fountain pens. He earned a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Akron University. He was also a Boys Scout Leader for both of his sons.
He is predeceased by his son Adam Wolf in 2014 and daughter-in-law Tiffany Wolf in 2021.
Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife of 11 years Lisa (Merrill) Wolf at home, son Jonathan Wolf, twin grandsons Brandon and Ryan of Rootstown, OH, daughter Erica Lantz of Lakeworth, FL, and son Brandon Lantz of Athens, PA, grandchildren Alayah, Gauge and their mother Kristi of Columbia Cross Roads, PA, brother Elliott of Israel, and sister Sherry of Cleveland, OH. He also leaves behind the mother of his children Karen Blank (Allan Monosoff).
To pay your respects before the service, the family will receive friends Tuesday at 9 am at Gordon Memorial Home, followed by the funeral service at 9:45 am. Burial will then be in Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road in Seville. Masks preferred during all services.
